Location: Centralized Payroll processing will be carried out at Mumbai.
The entire service will be carried out at OFFSITE only.
PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENTS:
To carry out above work, Rohit Group needs following data from the client to ensure smooth pay roll processing:
Existing employees profile with full name, employee code, designation, department & location details, bank account details, income tax details, salary bifurcation, allowance details, gender details, address & contact nos. etc in soft copy format.
- Format will be provided by Rohit Group and it will be named as “Bio-data”.
Employees Mobile No. & E-mail ID is requested so that, in case of any information of salary pay-slip is required to be share with the employee via e-mail or SMS can be provided by Rohit Group.
Briefing by company management or respective stakeholders on existing payroll process, company leave policies etc.
- Leave balance up to date for each individual employee is required primarily and then Rohit Group will carry on with the job of leave management.
Access to existing payroll records maintained (salary registers, time sheet records & other relevant documents) is required.
Existing salary records & other details including loans, advances, income tax and any other deductions.
Further, our computations of salaries, allowances, bonuses etc will be done based on attendance sheets & other records provided by authorized person of client’s company.
Rohit Group will rely on the records provided for above computations and will assumed that the same are authenticated & have been verified by your respective stakeholders.

Details required for compliance with various labour laws and various periodical returns as required under the said laws and other liaison work.
